We set out to create a user-friendly AI assistant platform, helping content creators—from bloggers to developers—generate premium text, detect plagiarism, toggle multiple personas, and tap into various AI-powered tools. By embedding a conversation-driven interface, we aimed to reduce friction, provide clarity, and spark a 40% surge in beta sign-ups while slashing support tickets by 35%.

By grouping advanced controls under collapsible sections, we kept the interface approachable, further boosting user satisfaction and reducing the need for support.
