Right now, with how capable AI tools have become, a founder can build a working MVP in a weekend. What a lot of people don't understand is that not all problems show up in the demo. Some only show up once you push to production and people start using it live: sign-up flows that lose people, data that any logged-in user can read, and keys left in the code. We go through the app the way a new user and a senior engineer would, and give you a ranked list of what to fix first.

- A UX review of your sign-up and core flows
- An architecture and code review of the riskiest parts of the app
- Checks on the security basics: authentication, data access, and exposed keys
- A ranked fix list, and our view on fixing the app or rebuilding it
Not included
- A full penetration test
- Rewriting the app, which we quote separately
How it runs
What happens after you book.
- Days 1 to 2
You give us access to the app and the code, and tell us where you're worried.
- Days 3 to 7
We go through the UX, the architecture, and the security basics, and log what we find.
- Days 8 to 10
You get the ranked fix list and our recommendation, and we talk it through on a call.
What we need from you

Payment
From €2,500, fixed once we agree on the scope.
Projects under €5,000 are paid in full before work starts. For projects at €5,000 and above, you pay 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Once we've agreed on the scope, the price is fixed.
