Pricing
Our prices are published, and they’re fixed once we agree on the scope.
Every price on this page is a starting price for the scope described on its service page. After our first call, you get a fixed quote in writing, and it only changes if the scope does.

Payment
How payment works
Projects under €5,000 are paid in full before work starts. For projects at €5,000 and above, you pay 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Once we've agreed on the scope, the price is fixed.
We quote in PLN for clients in Poland, in EUR for the rest of Europe, and in USD everywhere else.
Questions
Questions about price and scope
How do you keep the price fixed?
We keep each project deliberately small: one flow, one file, or one set of journeys. We fix the scope before work starts. If you need more, we scope the extra work separately, so the original price and timeline don't change.
How do payments work?
Projects under €5,000 are paid in full before work starts. For projects at €5,000 and above, you pay 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery. Once we've agreed on the scope, the price is fixed.
Do we have to have calls every week?
No. We work asynchronously in the files and repository you already use, with agreed review points and a written update every week. If you want a call, you can always book one.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. If you need one before sharing files, send it with your first email.
What if our project doesn't fit any of these?
Tell us what you need. If it doesn't fit one of these, we'll say so, or we'll scope it separately.
