Error codes reach the user
Right now, a lot of finance apps show the technical error from the system behind them, like a KSeF rejection code, and leave the user to work out what went wrong. Instead, translate the error into what happened and what to do next. We designed exactly this in InvoiceRate, which is only connected to KSeF through an API.
Risk is hard to explain
New users found Euler's risk tiers and collateral rules hard to follow. So we ran 12 interviews and collected 200+ survey responses, then simplified the lending and borrowing flows and tested them in two rounds on desktop and mobile.
Analysts need to see what matters first
At Merkle Science, compliance officers and forensic analysts review wallet risk, transaction behaviour, and suspicious activity. We redesigned their investigation workflows around role-based dashboards, filtering, and review, so each role sees the work it's responsible for.

KSeF for large taxpayers. Companies with turnover above PLN 200 million issue invoices through KSeF, and every company receives them there.

KSeF for all VAT payers. Every other VAT payer in Poland issues invoices through KSeF.

KSeF for micro-businesses. The smallest businesses join KSeF.
